It was a beautiful wedding day in the DC area.  Scotty and Nicole were married on the Terrace of the luxury hotel Le Meridien in Arlington.  Hair and makeup were done by Perry Warren.  And they celebrated with their family and friends at a lovely reception at the Fort Myer Officers Club.
