Unable to gather with family and friends for their wedding in 2020, Phil and Rachel were finally able to gather everyone together for a fantastic celebration.  They renewed their vows and had a beautiful Mass at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia and followed it up with a lively reception at Cacapon Resort State Park Lodge.
