Vote for Your Favorite! Top Ten of 2009
Okay, okay. Technically this is my favorite 13 of 2009, but I couldn't narrow it down any further and 'Top Thirteen' just doesn't have the same ring as 'Top Ten'. I'm sorry if you have a favorite that didn't make this list, but life can be hard that way. So here they are in no particular order.
#1 - Just classic.

#1 - Just classic.

#2 - What a fun capture of these lovely ladies. Strong composition and even a bit of natural sun glare!

#3 - Simple, yet effective? You be the judge.

#4 - A sweeping dance shot.

#5 - Not the most striking, but a solid candid capture through and through.

#6 - This just makes you want to get down, doesn't it? Be honest.

#7 - Subtle beauty, unique angle.

#8 - Wow. Just classic. I feel like this shot could have been taken in 1944. Or maybe 1945. Yeah, good old '45.

#9 - I love the composition and the simple pose of this couple.

#10 - Maybe this shot is just here because it' a portrait of my sister-in-law, but I don't think so. It's pretty stunning, isn't it?

#11 - Yes, jumping shots are cliche. But, then, so are Top Ten lists. Special thanks to Shane and Pablo for the cannonball and kick, respectively.

#12 - Just Married. The picture says it all. Bonus points to anyone who can correctly identify this car.

#13 - Definitely not one of the strongest shots in this list, but the little kid in the corner makes me laugh every time I see it. And that alone makes this one of my recent favorites.

*Honorable mention:

LOVE #8 - beautiful!
